Response expectations

The project is operated by a small, pseudonymous team in their available time. Responses are best-effort. For matters that involve only the smart contract (e.g., a transaction issue), the contract is autonomous and operates regardless of operator response — the on-chain state is the authoritative state.

What we cannot do

We cannot reverse, refund, or modify any blockchain transaction. The smart contract is immutable.
We cannot recover lost wallets, seed phrases, or hardware devices. There is no password reset.
We cannot make exceptions to the contract's rules — they are enforced by the contract bytecode and verifiable on PolygonScan.
We do not provide investment, tax, or legal advice.
We do not have a phone number, postal address, physical office, or 24/7 support service.

What about social media?

The project does not maintain official social media accounts at this time. Be cautious of any account claiming to represent Satoshi's Gift — verify any communication by emailing [email protected]. The smart contract address (verified on PolygonScan) and the official Website (satoshisgift.org) are the only authoritative artifacts of the project.
