These terms govern your use of satoshisgift.org (the “Website”). They do not govern the Global Adoption Protocol (“GAP”) smart contract on the Polygon blockchain — that contract is autonomous and operates according to its deployed bytecode regardless of these terms.
The Website is operated by Satoshi's Gift, a decentralized, pseudonymous project. By using the Website, you agree to these terms.
What the Website is
The Website provides:
- Educational content about cryptocurrency, wallets, privacy, and smart contracts.
- An interface to activate (join) the GAP smart contract.
- A personal invitation link and sharing flow.
- A reward-math visualization tool.
- A wallet-gated learning portal (curriculum, video courses, downloadable resources).

The smart contract is autonomous and immutable
The GAP smart contract operates without human intervention. Once you submit an activation transaction, that transaction is final. The contract does not refund. No operator can refund or reverse it. You are solely responsible for verifying the activation cost (100 USDC + ~4 POL) and the implications before signing the transaction in your wallet.
The contract source is verified on PolygonScan: 0x0CCdf6…773F. Anyone may inspect it.
Wallet responsibility
You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet. We do not custody funds. We do not have access to your private keys. We cannot recover lost wallets, seed phrases, or hardware devices. There is no password reset. If you lose access to your wallet, you lose access to your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Website to violate any applicable law in your jurisdiction.
- Attempt to disrupt, scrape excessively, or attack the Website or its infrastructure.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation to defraud other users.
- Reverse-engineer or otherwise compromise the security of the Website beyond what is permitted by your local law.
- Use the Website's invitation system to send spam, harass, or otherwise abuse third parties.
No warranties
The Website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of the Website (collectively, “Satoshi's Gift”) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or value, arising from your use of the Website or from your interaction with the GAP smart contract. This limitation applies whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if the operator has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Cryptocurrency activities involve substantial risk, including the risk of total loss. You participate at your own risk.
Governance and dispute resolution
The Website is operated as a decentralized, pseudonymous project. There is no single legal jurisdiction in which the project is incorporated. Accordingly:
- Disputes arising from the smart contract itself are governed by the immutable rules of the contract bytecode, which is the same for every participant and cannot be altered.
- Disputes arising from use of the Website (frontend, infrastructure, content) are governed by the principles of good faith and fair dealing under generally-recognized international principles of contract law.
- Any party submitting to formal proceedings agrees that the proceedings shall take place in a jurisdiction mutually agreed upon by both parties or, failing agreement, in the jurisdiction of the party defending the claim.
- Class-action waivers and arbitration provisions are not asserted, given the decentralized nature of the project.
Users acknowledge the experimental and decentralized nature of the platform and participate at their own risk.
Modifications
We may modify these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of the Website after a change constitutes acceptance.
Termination
We may suspend or restrict access to the Website at our discretion. Note: the smart contract is autonomous; restricting Website access does not affect your on-chain account, your reward eligibility, or any rewards already accrued to your wallet. Your access to the protocol is via your wallet, not via the Website.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
